I have been involved in Real Estate and helping clients since 2006. I am passionate about exceeding expectations and building utmost trust. As a Full Time Realtor, I understand the importance of home and family. I have been living in Henderson/Las Vegas for 5 years now after living in AZ and growing up in rural South Dakota. I started my professional career as a Registered nurse and have continued to build my experiences and business expertise in Real Estate through the years. I take immense pride in helping others find solutions that will complement their needs, while fitting perfectly within their lifestyles.
I believe that any good transaction starts with clear expectations, communication, full transparency and excellent service.
While a consistent top producer and leader at work, I have also contributed to my community doing work with local philanthropies. In addition to my dedication to Real Estate, I am passionate about spending time with my family and friends, while exploring the great outdoors by motorcycle or in our RV.

Susan was great throughout the entire process. She was very responsive to any questions that I had. Since I was from another area, I was not able to view the properties that I selected personally but she sent videos of them to me so I could make my selection. Even when there was and issue (Not our fault but of the seller) she worked diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible. I cannot say enough as to how great it was working with her and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Las Vegas area.
